Automation Operations Specialist @ Trigent

Job Summary:

As the Business Operations Analyst, in the Digital Automation COE, you will be part of the team responsible for execution of Automated business processes for Company'sFinance. You will be working on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) operations focusing on execution of bots, triage of bot failures and communication to business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for providing maintenance and minor enhancement support for bots in production. This role will involve working with a cross-functional business and technical team.

Essential Functions:

oPerform bot execution via the Control Room or Virtual Machines (as required).

oIdentify & track failures in bot execution via Service Now.

oPerform root-cause analysis on bot failures.

oWork with the L3 Development team to resolve issues.

oUnderstand bot functions and Communicate effectively with business stakeholders on bot execution, failures, root-cause analysis etc.

oTrack the execution of bots and capture daily execution metrics.

oWork with business stakeholders and Development teams on bot hypercare.

oComplete support documentation.

oWill be responsible for minor bot bug fixes (technical fixes).

Requirements:

oStrong analytical capabilities

oExpertise in RPA Development (Automation Anywhere Platform)

oExpertise in usage of Automation Anywhere Control Room (V 11.3.3+)

oIQBot Configuration experience would be preferred.

oExperience in the Finance business processes would be an advantage.

oShould have excellent oral and written communication skills

oShould have excellent analytical and organizational skills

oWill need to work across Shifts (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM / 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM / 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Education & Experience

oA Bachelor of Engineering / Technology Degree is required

oCertification in Automation Anywhere development is mandatory.

oA total of 2 - 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of experience in RPA Development (Automation Anywhere) is mandatory.
