Job Description

    As a Director of Operations at Teleperformance, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Service Delivery for a BFS account, contributing to the growth of our presence within the function. Your responsibilities will include managing large-scale operations, financials, and data management requirements of the process. You will work towards implementing company-wide strategies, aligning with seniors and peers to set strategic goals, and ensuring operational excellence through profitability and client satisfaction. Your role will involve overseeing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction, establishing quantitative and qualitative metrics for evaluating efficiency, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing business procedures, implementing policies and procedures to improve day-to-day operations, and directing budgets to achieve financial objectives. Additionally, you will communicate new directives, policies, or procedures to managers, maintain morale within the operations staff, and enhance customer service through policy and procedural changes. To qualify for this position, a Bachelor's degree or above is preferred along with at least 12 years of experience in operations and Customer Experience Management in International markets. You should possess analytical thinking, a proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a teamwork mindset. Detail-oriented, productive, and accountable individuals who can work under tight deadlines will excel in this role. Strong organizational and leadership abilities, working knowledge of data analysis, and performance metrics are also essential for success in this position.
