Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive - AR to join our team at Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in Bangalore II. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the field.Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce bad debts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and accurate billing.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to enhance business performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records and reports of accounts receivable transactions.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in CRM software and IT-enabled services.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
