Role & responsibilities

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE


Program Management Executive is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of events, starting from small scale meetings to large-scale meetings. This role involves managing budgets, negotiations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring events/programs run smoothly and meet the set objectives.

Key. Responsibilities


End to End Event Planning:

Develop event plans, including timelines, budgets, and logistical arrangements, aligned with the company goals.

Vendor Management:

Research, negotiate with, and manage relationships with various vendors.

Logistics Coordination:

Oversee venue selection, setup, catering, transportation, audio-visual equipment, and other on-site requirements.

Budget Management:

Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Communication:

Maintain regular communication with the stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring that all requirements are met.


Required Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to negotiate favourable terms with vendors and secure the best value.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in developing and managing event budgets.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

IT Knowledge:

Ability to work with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Education:

Bachelors' Degree in any Stream

Experience:

  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in Hospitality Industry - Freshers may also apply
