Desired Candidate Profile

1. Supervise construction process to ensure adherence to project drawing and specifications including civil, plumbing, electrical, fire fighting etc

2. Ensure that the queries and concerns raised by contractors regarding project execution, quality standards and safety, material delivery etc. are resolved in a timely manner

3. Provide daily updates to Project Manager on the status of the progress in the area supervised

4. Coordination with Architect, consultants and vendors for drawings, material etc.

5. Monitor the workmen of contractors to ensure adherence to the milestones as per their project plan; monitor quality of workmanship and initiate corrective action wherever necessary

6. Consolidate the material requirements in timely manner

7. Ensure all materials used is as per specifications

8. Monitor the scrap generated due to civil activities; ensure cost effective disposal of scrap

9. Ensure adherence of project construction to the required quality standards

10. Ensure that all workmen adhere to the HSE (health & Safety) compliances; minimize instances of accidents on sites

11. Ensure proper finishing of the property post completion

12. Checking and Validate all the bills submitted by contractors

13. Introduce effective practices for supervision, provide technical guidance so as to minimize wastage

14. Willing to travel/ relocate all over India as per project location

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: Post Graduation Not Required
