Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
Handle inbound customer calls, addressing their needs and providing solutions in a timely manner.
Utilize blended process skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO Customer Service, Voice Process, or Semi Voice roles preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone/email/chat.
Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings (US shift) from home office setup.
Immediate Joiner Required.
