Lead sales and team performance across East zone. Guide RBMs, plan regional growth, manage distributors, build doctor relations, monitor targets, and ensure smooth operations in West Bengal, Odisha, and Northeast.

Required Candidate profile

Ideal candidate should have 1218 years of pharma sales experience, strong team handling skills, and proven success in managing multiple regions like East/Northeast, West Bengal, and Odisha.
