QA Engineer @ Encora

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution in ADO.
• Continuously enhance testing processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proven 6+ years of experience in both manual and automated QA testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and QA methodologies.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, NUnit, TestNG, Extent Report or similar.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
