Job Description
- You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound inquiries, and converting leads into sales or appointments. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach are essential for this role. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to promote products/services, handling inbound customer queries efficiently, generating leads, and maintaining a database of customer information. You will also need to schedule appointments for sales representatives if required, provide detailed information about products/services, and ensure a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. To qualify for this role, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior experience as a telecaller or in a similar position. Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred. Being computer literate and having superb verbal communication skills are crucial. Exposure to diverse viewpoints, cultural norms, and experiences, as well as the ability to adapt your communication style as needed, are also important. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring at least 1 year of experience in customer service and telecalling. Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred. The work location is in person.
