Desired Candidate Profile
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESEntering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source date
Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies.
Analyze Transaction and send reports
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to work in a fast paced, high deadline driven environment
Good in using MS excel
Ability to manage multiple priorities and to adjust workload accordingly.
Ability to work under pressure.
Evidence of basic research and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented, good organizational skill, good judgment.
Ability to work independently within team framework
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Fluency English, Hindi, (Gujarati is most welcomed)
Qualification : Degree with analytical knowledge
Technology Fluency: MS Office, CRM systems
Strong written communications
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
