Job Description

Job Title: SAP IS Retail Consultant

Experience: 6 to 12 Years

Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP IS Retail implementations and rollouts.
• Configure and customize SAP Retail modules (including MM, SD, and F&R).
• Conduct requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design.
• Integrate SAP Retail with POS, Loyalty, Tax, and e-commerce systems.
• Support data migration, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, business, and external vendors).
• Provide post-go-live support and user training.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-12 years of experience in SAP Retail consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Retail master data, listing/exclusion, assortment planning, and pricing.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Retail, ECC 6.0, or SAP CAR.
• Familiarity with AFS/FMS/S4 Fashion is often mandatory.
• Experience in retail business processes like procurement, inventory, and sales.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
