Role & responsibilities

Total experience of 17+ years in Salesforce/CRM space with at least 5+ years as a Delivery leader/PDL
Must have experience in Salesforce Implementation, Rollout and AMS programs, should have executed projects with different SDLCs, engagement levels
Knowledge of Estimation techniques
Knowledge of Quality parameters
Client Centricity
Execution Excellence
Collaborative Working
Nurturing People
