Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone (inbound/outbound leads) and explain various insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate policies
  
• Handle queries related to policy features, benefits, premium, claim processes, etc.
  
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
  

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Persuasive and confident attitude
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  
• Basic understanding of insurance products (training provided)
  
• Good in using CRM tools and basic MS Office
