You should have proven 4 to 5 years of C++ coding experience.
Multithreading
IPC mechanism (socket, shared memory)
Source code management tools (Vss,TFS, Git)
Data structures and algorithm (linked list, queue, and tree)

Required Candidate profile

Further develop the low-level C++ SDK project (Focus on Web and application server, profiling and performance APIs for bytecode weaving on IIS/PHP/CoreClr (Windows/Linux/Azure Cloud)
