Job Title: International Voice Support Representative (C1 English Proficiency)
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotational / Night Shift (as per business Requirement)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused International Voice Support Representative with strong English communication skills (C1 level or above) to join our growing global support team. The ideal candidate will handle voice-based customer interactions, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for international clients.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or service-related issues.
- Document call details and maintain accurate customer records.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Meet performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Prior experience in international voice process or BPO industry preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational or night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
