Job Description

Job Role: Technical Java Lead

Location: Navi Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida & Gurugram

Key Skills :

Strong hands-on experience Full Stack development Java microservices. Mobile app development experience is a big plus.
Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo
Hands-on Java, Multi-threading Concurrency and Performance Tuning approaches.
Proven experience on Java Microservices Spring Boot, cloud native architectures and Kubernetes based architectures.
Strong systems design experience with DS/ Algo, strong knowledge in microservice architectures like SAGA,Event-Driven-Architecture,CQRS, Circuit Breaker,Aggregator, Asynchronous messaging, Distributed tracing
Knowledge of frameworks like apache spark is a big plus.
Led atleast one large scale project to delivery
Event-driven architectures Kafka, Orchestration and Choreography architectures
Focus on automations and CI/CD Devops based coding practice.
Setting up best practices for coding guidelines and reviews practices.
Awareness Android/iOS and/or NodeJs is a big plus
Led more than one large scale project to delivery.
Technology thought leader for a team of 10+ developers/ senior developers
Worked in complex environments liaising with various architects and technology boards
Building observability architectures for monitoring, service mesh etc.
