Job Description

Role Overview:

To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone to the new and existing clients and maintaining relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

Selling Membership over the phone

Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.

Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages

Providing the right customer experience

Skills and Competencies

Excellent verbal communication(English), telephone etiquette, fluency in the regional language(Tamil), selling and telemarketing skills, persuasive skills, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.

Education and Experience:

-Should be a Graduate or 15 years of education is mandatory

-Min of 1 year experience in Telesales, Telecalling,Telemarketing, Domestic BPO, Direct Sales, Customer Engagement process or domain

-No backlogs taken

-Decent fixed salary + incentives will be given
