Job Description
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, data entry, and maintenance of financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable entries.
- Support in bank reconciliations and vendor payments and monthly MIS.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports, cash flow statements, and reconciliations.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all accounting activities.
- Support statutory compliance requirements like GST, TDS, etc., under the supervision of the Accounts Manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for financial documentation and payment processing.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software Tally.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
