 Your Profile 
  • You would be working on
  • Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.
  • AWS services such as Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and API Gateway, Node.js or Python.
  • Contact center workflows and customer experience design.
  • NLP and conversational design best practices.
  • CI/CD processes and tools in the AWS ecosystem.

    •  Your Role 
  • Experience in design, develop, and maintain voice and chatbots using Amazon Lex.
  • Experience in Lex bots with Amazon Connect for seamless customer experience.
  • Experience in Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and Lambda integrations.
  • Experience in develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions for backend logic and Lex fulfillment.
