Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Supervisor - IPDRG (Inpatient Diagnosis-Related Grouping) to lead our inpatient coding team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DRG validation, coding compliance, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of IPDRG coders
• Ensure 100% DRG accuracy and compliance with CMS and AHA guidelines
• Conduct regular audits and coding quality checks
• Train and guide team members on evolving coding standards
• Collaborate with US-based clients to meet SLAs and quality benchmarks

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in inpatient coding with DRG specialization
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, PCS, and DRG methodologies
• AHIMA or AAPC certification preferred
• Prior experience in handling US healthcare projects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
