Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Must have experience in balancing real estate closing disclosures

- Must be well versed with documents like CD, payoff document, wiring instruction and lender's closing instructions

- Must be well versed with vesting, title commitment, title charges, loan fees, and payee partners - Must be well versed with payoff calculations, property taxes, and supporting invoices

- Ability to process the assigned task as per SOP and training manuals

- Ability to process the assigned task within defined turnaround time

- Must have knowledge about various functions of a title company

- Must understand and follow the federal and process guidelines

- Govern the critical data holistically

- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, lenders & vendors

Requirements:

- Must be a graduate in any stream

- Must have minimum 1 year of experience working with ResWare application

- Strong understanding of Closing Disclosure, Closing Instructions, and the overall closing process

- Good with using computer, internet and MS Office

- Must be fluent in written & spoken English - Should possess excellent logical and analytical skills

- Must be open and flexible with rotational night shift (8 Am to 9 Pm EST) and week offs

- Typing speed should be more than 30 WPM
