Your focus will be to target enterprise/govt sector accounts that have a synergy with the wider Orange Business portfolio that includes Connectivity, Cloud, Cyber, IoT, and multi-domains enterprise managed services
You will engage and partner with customers at the Executive level to drive growth in Orange Business solutions by creating value and bringing innovation to a customer s business
Be the business owner of your territory, driving growth, expanding our reach, and keeping Orange Business at the forefront of the market
Be proactive in finding, qualifying, and nurturing strong opportunities, building a robust pipeline
Excel at closing deals that benefit both the organization and our valued customers, consistently surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their challenges and leveraging this knowledge to guide our internal teams towards the best solutions
Have a keen eye on the clients business and IT strategy, aligning it with industry trends and Orange Business offerings that deliver real value
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring sales success and positive experiences
Engage actively in our sales enablement training, leadership, and development programs to stay ahead in the market
Work closely with all business functions to deliver exceptional client experiences, leaving a lasting impact every day
Challenger mindset and be in a position to understand what business drivers within the target client environment can trigger and create a sales opportunity using insight lead selling
A track record of strong performance in sales revenue generation, consistently exceeding goals
Well established CXO relationship in the region and within client base
Well established relationships with OEM / partner sales teams of key partners like Cisco, HP, Dell, Microsoft, Avaya
Strong business and finance acumen, Excellent knowledge of System Integration business
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Bachelor s degree in electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field, or MBA
