Job Description

Position: Solution architect/Presales - Nutanix HCI
Organisation: Integrated Tech9labs Pvt. Ltd.

Exp- 3-6 Years
Budget: CTC- 6L 10L fixed+ variable
Qualifications: - B.E., B.Tech. , Graduate with Certification
ROLE:- A pre-sales solution architect for HCI

Provide centralized pre-sales support to sales team in their efforts to increase our share of wallet with existing customers and bring on board new customers. To lead the team of presales team and work with Sales team for new opportunities.
Give a company sales-person to understand and Qualify the opportunity
Design solution, BoQ, scope of work and support (HCI , virtualization, Cloud specially on Nutanix )

Key Skills & Experience

Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) Lifecycle, preferred Nutanix Certified
Any one of the following Virtualized Infrastructure Management

oAcropolis Hypervisor
oVmware
oCitrix
oMicrosoft

Layered Applications of Nutanix

oPrism Element

oPrism Central

oFLOW

oCALM

oKarbon

oFrame

oMine

Good working experience in big Data centers
Knowledge on OpenStack / Kubernetes
Knowledge on Python / Basic Scripting
4-12 years in enterprise class environments and datacenters
Typically has advanced certifications from industry solutions (relevant to your organizational needs)
Nutanix Certified NCP / NPP / NCSE
Ability to work in a team setting and alone with limited customer direction
Other experience commensurate on customer requirements
Good communication skills verbal and written
A good team player

Key Responsibilities

Proficient with day to day operations of Nutanix Solutions
Advanced problem-solving skills and root cause analysis
Ability to instruct and perform TOI (Transfer of information) to employees or train in larger groups (up to 8)
Presentation or public speaking skills
Understands Nutanix Best practices and problem-solving skills to present options to target customer use cases
Consistently follows methodogies to create solutions that achieve a specific business outcome
Establishes relationship with direct customer technical counterparts and first line or second line customer management
Document and Operationalize Nutanix environment
Develop standards on deploying /maintaining VMs
Develop standards on deploying /maintaining Nutanix storage
Develop standards on deploying /maintaining network config on Nutanix
Work to establish Nutanix patching patterns
Ensure compliance on Nutanix Systems
Prepares weekly progress reports using established engagement procedures
Open the case with Support and should be able to independently drive the call involving support team and customer
Keeps management informed of any operational changes
should be well versed with keeping up the balance between customer and Tech9labs
Well versed in the Nutanix product line and engaged with the customer environment to proactively provide solution recommendations as the customer environment evolves
