About the Role:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Reporting Analyst / MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting client needs, creating reports, presentations and ensuring high-quality reporting solutions that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with the client services team and be expected to deliver data-driven reports within tight timelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand reporting requirements by connecting with clients via email, chat, or video calls
• Predict client needs and suggest improvements to reports, trends and SOPs
• Organize and prioritize requirements to build clear reports
• Create and automate reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, or other relevant tools
• Deliver reports on time as per the agreed schedule
• Work closely with specialists and account managers to fulfill reporting needs
• Review and validate reports to ensure data accuracy
• Identify areas to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks
• Share regular updates with stakeholders and set realistic expectations
• Notify teams immediately in case of any delays
