Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)
  
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
  
• Minimum 6 months experience in Customer Support preferred
  
• Languages: Good communication skills in English & Hindi
  

Salary Details:

• Freshers: 14,000 Take Home + Incentives
  
• Experienced: 19,000 Take Home + Incentives
  

System Requirements (Candidate-owned setup):

• Laptop: Core i5 7th Gen or above, 8GB RAM
  
• Camera: Mandatory
  
• Internet: Minimum 20 Mbps stable connection
  
• Headset: USB headset with noise cancellation (Suggested brand: Big Passport)
  
• UPS: Mandatory
  
• EDR Installation: Mandatory
  

Company will not provide laptop or headset. Candidates must have their own system setup.
