Job Description

Hi,

We are looking for IT Support Lead

Resource with remote L1 support Lead experience
Proficient in managing user calls and addressing the issues
Interacting with Users & try to resolve their issue in time.
Following up with user to ensure full resolution of issues.
Detailed understanding of SOPs and support process
Flexible to work in shifts and provide out of office support
Experience in supporting issues related to desktop, AD, Software installation, Teams, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, Network, O365, Printer configuration, etc
