We are looking for IT Support Lead

• Resource with remote L1 support Lead experience
• Proficient in managing user calls and addressing the issues
• Interacting with Users & try to resolve their issue in time.
• Following up with user to ensure full resolution of issues.
• Detailed understanding of SOPs and support process
• Flexible to work in shifts and provide out of office support
• Experience in supporting issues related to desktop, AD, Software installation, Teams, Outlook, VPN, Citrix, Network, O365, Printer configuration, etc
