Job Description
Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant. ( Functional Leads Sales, Customer Service, Field Service Modules)
- Should have 8+ years experience as Dynamics CRM / 365 CE Functional Consultant, with a successful track record of implementing CRM solutions.
- Should have done at least 3 full-scale CE Implementations
- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 CE entities, forms, views, workflows, and reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex insurance needs into functional CRM requirements.
- Strong understanding of Business processes in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
- Experience with integration tools and methods to connect D365 CE with other systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management tools.
- Lead and facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirements-gathering sessions to capture specific needs and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Design and architect Dynamics 365 CE solutions that align with industry best practices, including entities, relationships, forms, views, and workflows.
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and specific systems, ensuring smooth data exchange and end-to-end functionality.
- Guide clients through the implementation process, including user training, change management, and solution adoption.
- Create detailed functional design documents, process flows, and system documentation to facilitate implementation and customization efforts.
- Provide subject matter expertise in industry trends and CRM best practices.
- Should have good communication skills.
