Location: Chennai
CTC: 80,000 1,00,000 per month
Shift: Rotational
Education Qualification: Graduation + CA (Qualified)
Job Description:
We are hiring Qualified Chartered Accountants (Freshers) for a leading MNC to join their Record to Report (R2R) process team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the end-to-end R2R process.
- Ensure timely closing and reporting of financials in accordance with company policies.
- Perform general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements.
Requirements:
- Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
