Experience - 10 to 15 Years

• Proven and successful experience in production management
• Planning and organizing production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and GM.
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with vendor and marketing and other staff
• Supervise production team members performing production operations.
