    The job details are as follows-

    Company: Leading Health Insurance Company.

    Role: Talent Acquisition.
    Designation: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager.

    Location: Jogeshwari.
    Qualification: Any full-time graduate.

    Work Days: 5 days from office.

     

    Roles and Responsibilities:
    1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
    2. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates with the right skills and cultural fit.
    3. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

    4. Utilise data-driven metrics to assess recruitment effectiveness and make continuous improvements.
    5. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, actively networking within the industry.
    6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies.
