    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support the Managing Director (MD) in managing daily schedules, appointments, and communications. The role requires confidentiality, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively across departments to ensure smooth executive operations.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the MDs daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD with professionalism and discretion.
    • Coordinate with the Marketing team and other departments for timely information and updates.
    • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports as required by the MD.
    • Arrange meetings, conferences, and company events, ensuring all logistical details are handled.
    • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage the MDs priorities efficiently.
    • Assist with follow-ups on action items arising from meetings.
    • Facilitate smooth communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
    • 1 to 2 years experience as a Personal Secretary or Executive Assistant, preferably in real estate or corporate sectors.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (both written and verbal).
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle confidential information professionally.

     

    Preferred Qualities:

    • Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and discretion in handling sensitive matters.
    • Familiarity with real estate business operations is an advantage.
