Job Description
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CLM workflows to ensure proper document and folder processing.
- Develop workflows for document generation, approvals, and XML merging.
- Monitor and optimize application performance.
- Standardize and clean up existing folder hierarchies.
- Perform day-to-day application administration, including user access, configuration, and workflow retriggering.
- Collaborate with the Meta application manager to implement privacy and document retention rules.
- Proven experience with DocuSign CLM system administration.
- Hands-on expertise in building and maintaining advanced DocuSign CLM workflows and document generation processes.
- Proficiency in C# snippet coding within DocuSign workflows.
- Strong understanding of DocuSign CLM security models and best practices around data privacy and security.
- Experience integrating CLM with third-party platforms like SFDC (Salesforce) or Workday.
- Knowledge of SFDC is a plus.
