Hiring for  Healthcare Chat process
Location - Thane, Andheri 
Quality: C1
Requirements:
HSC/Graduate with a minimum of 6 months or above of voice based in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Salary - 27k in hand
Shifts: 24*7 rotational shifts
Week offs: 5 days of working. Any 2 Rotational week offs

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with US-based healthcare customers via chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.

• Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

• Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

• Work Environment: Work from office.

• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts covering 24 hours, including night shifts.

• Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs.
