Job Description
- You will be responsible for performing end-to-end accounting tasks, including bank feed and reconciliation, accounts receivable feeding, reconciliation, and posting journal entries. Additionally, you will be required to prepare backups and audit trails, clean up accounting books, and create UK tax-ready books. Your role will involve working from the GlobalFPO India Office for clients worldwide, including those in the US and UK. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements as per multiple Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAPs). The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the field of accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in QuickBooks accounting software. Having excellent knowledge of accounting concepts and principles is crucial for this role, and familiarity with Tally software will be considered a plus. You should be able to lead, innovate, implement best industry practices, motivate team members, and collaborate effectively with colleagues. This position may require working in variable shift timings, so flexibility in working hours is essential. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines are key requirements. You should be able to work under stringent timeliness, prioritize workloads effectively, and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels. The preferred location for the candidate is Noida. As an Assistant Manager, you are expected to have 2 to 6 years of relevant experience and hold a qualification in BCom, MCom, CA Inter, or CA. Internal stakeholder management will also be a part of your responsibilities.,
