Senior QA Engineer (Manual Testing Dialer) @ Placement Whizzles

Job Description

As a QA Engineer with Dialler/telephony experience at our company located in Bhopal, you will be responsible for designing and executing manual test plans for Dialer and Voicebot products. Your role will involve validating SIP/PRI call flows, call recordings, and backend integration, as well as conducting system, regression, and functional testing. You will collaborate closely with developers and the product team to identify bugs and ensure their verification. Additionally, maintaining detailed documentation of test cases, results, and QA reports will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess strong experience in manual QA for telephony/dialer-based products. Hands-on testing knowledge of VoIP, SIP/PRI lines is essential. Familiarity with CRM workflows and real-time communication systems will be advantageous. Your excellent attention to detail and communication skills will be key assets in successfully carrying out your duties.,
