Job Description

Position: HRBP


Relevant Experience: 4- 8 years

Shift Timings: General shift (Need to be flexible working in AU, UK and US shifts)

Location - Must be from Ahmedabad as this is Hybrid role. 


Job Description: HRBP for Sales to act as a strategic advisor to the Sales leadership team, aligning People strategies with business objectives. This role will be pivotal in driving sales team productivity, talent development, fostering an Innovation based and high-performance culture.


Requirements - Soft Skills

  • Business Acumen- Understand sales metrics and business drivers
  • Analytical Thinking- Ability to study and analyse data. Use HR data to guide business decisions
  • Good Communication-  Strong interpersonal and advisory skills with Senior Leaders, Stakeholders and Peers
  • Conflict Resolution- Address employee issues with tact and fairness
  • HR Expertise- Knowledge of relevant HR Laws and best practices

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent degree; any additional HR related certification
  • Experience as an HRBP, preferably in a sales-driven role
  • Familiarity with sales processes and performance metrics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with Sales leaders to align  people strategies with  business goals
  • Talent Management: Identity & build succession pipelines, drive retention strategies, identify Skill gaps and collaborate on Up/Re-Skilling per Business needs
  • Performance & Development: Familiarity with performance management systems, cycles and processes. Coach managers, facilitate effective development reviews and action plans.
  • Employee Engagement: Ideate and champion initiatives that boost morale, motivation, inclusion and eNPS scores
  • Change Management: Proactively suggest and lead transformation efforts within the Department and drive culture change initiatives.
  • HR Operations: Ensure compliance to policies and remote mandates, manage employee relations with cross collaborators, aware of market trends to alter policies and suggest process automations.
