Role & responsibilities

Technical Assistant: Uploading the Press Releases and other relevant content on

server, processing data and preparing reports, arranging the live webcast of events held

at PIBs conference halls, organizing Video conferences, providing support related to

Software installation, networking, managing the IT hardware, hardware

troubleshooting, providing inputs/advice related to an IT issue being faced by PIB, etc

It is mentioned here that all the workforce will be deployed at the site (Headquarter and

regional offices).

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Sc. in computer science/IT; or
• Masters degree in Physics/ Mathematics/ Statistics/ Operations Research/

Electronics and 2 years experience in software project operations and

maintenance; OR

• Graduate in Computer science/ IT/ Physics/ Maths/ Statistics/ Electronics/

Operations Research

• Post graduate diploma in computer application and 2years experience in

software project operations and maintenance.

• BCA with 2 years experience in software project operations and

maintenance
