We are looking for a dynamic Telecaller to join our Cement Team at Tradologie.com. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential buyers and sellers, explaining product offerings, and facilitating smooth transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call potential customers and suppliers to generate business opportunities.
- Explain product details, pricing, and procurement processes.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and query resolution.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the cement or construction industry is a plus.
