Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior J2EE Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise databases including MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing robust enterprise solutions, guiding development teams, handling complex technical backlogs, and providing high-level customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using J2EE technologies including Spring Boot.
  
• Design and document technical solutions for complex business requirements across multiple products and projects.
  
• Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to design and coding standards.
  
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.
  
• Analyze and resolve complex backlog items, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  
• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support, including root cause analysis and resolution for critical customer-reported issues.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to provide detailed technical notes and solutions.
  
• Conduct product/project demos showcasing features and improvements in new versions/releases.
  

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  
• Proficiency in MSSQL, DB2, and Oracle databases, including advanced query and performance tuning skills.
  
• Excellent understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.
  
• Experience working with tools like Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:optional

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
  
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
