Job Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Oversee and manage the financial and operational performance of the hospital
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in strategic planning and project management
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make critical decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
