Job Description

Urgent Hiring Design Engineer | 20 Positions
Location: Rajkot Shapar, Ravki, Metoda, Bhunava, Hadamtala
Industry: Auto Parts | Machine Manufacturing | Casting | Engineering

Role Overview:
Design mechanical components and assemblies using Creo, AutoCAD, Solid Edge, Solid Works & NC tools, ensuring manufacturability and alignment with customer requirements.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related discipline

Experience: 1 to 10 years

Certification in Creo (3D) and AutoCAD (2D)

Basic knowledge of NC (Numerical Control) systems preferred

Strong understanding of Engineering Drawing, Machine Design, GD&T, ISO/ASME Standards

Technical Skills Required:
CAD Software: Creo, AutoCAD, Solid Edge

CAM/NC Tools: Basic understanding of NC software/applications

Drawing Standards: Familiar with ISO/ASME standards

Other: GD&T, BOM preparation, ECN handling, DFM/DFA principles

Key Responsibilities:
Create 3D part & assembly models (Creo/Solid Edge)

Draft 2D manufacturing drawings (AutoCAD) with GD&T

Modify existing designs based on ECN or customer input

Conduct tolerance analysis, stack-up, and interference checks

Prepare BOM and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Vendor interaction for tool development & prototyping

Maintain drawing control and participate in design validation

Salary & Benefits:
CTC: Up to 6.00 LPA

Facilities: Transportation & Canteen

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Wednesday

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
