Job Description
- Lead and support SAP EAM implementations and rollouts in S/4HANA environments.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP EAM modules including PM (Plant Maintenance), Asset Lifecycle Management, and related integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, PP, and FI/CO for seamless integration.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams for developments.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP EAM with at least 12 full-cycle implementations in S/4HANA.
- Strong knowledge of SAP PM module and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in configuring Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Equipment Master Data.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps related to EAM.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- SAP S/4HANA certification in EAM or related modules.
- Experience in utilities, manufacturing, or infrastructure domains.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
