Job Description

As the Deputy Manager in Finance & Accounts/MIS & Business Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include MIS Reporting for both internal and periodical purposes, analyzing internal and external reports, and managing strategic projects in the areas of Finance and Technology. Your roles and responsibilities will involve: - Timely and accurate submission of MIS reports, including structuring daily and monthly reports - Preparation of Board MIS Business performance reports on a monthly basis and for quarterly meetings - Modifying existing Power BI reports as needed and creating new reports in Power BI as required - Creating and presenting MIS and other reports using Power BI - Providing support in Financial MIS, acting as a team member backup for Financial MIS, and conducting project-related financial analysis - Tracking eFaMCs and analyzing technology expenses - Handling Business Initiative MIS by submitting adhoc MIS requirements from the Business team and analyzing reports to support business initiatives - Comparing performance with peer exchanges and profiling bank risks, including comparisons with Indian and International Exchanges To qualify for this role, you must have a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and possess an MBA/CA with 2-3 years of relevant experience in the Finance sector. Additionally, you should have knowledge of MIS, financial analysis, and presentations skills.
