Role & responsibilities

Statutory Compliance under Labour Laws, Administrative Functions, GHK, Documentation & Liasioning with PF, ESI, Factories, Police & Local Administrative Authorities, Wage & Salary Administration(Contractual), Time Office Function


  • Responsible for coordination on manpower deployment plan allocating station wise manpower both Associates and casuals.
  • Ensuring manpower availability through contractors.
  • Daily time office function update.
  • Statutory Compliance & records update accordingly.
  • Reporting Head Counts as per standards
  • Contracts bills verification
  • Ensuring Safety Compliance
  • Reporting of shift wise contract manning .
  • Reporting of safety measures.
  • Reporting GHK compliance
  • Statutory norms adherence with special reference to Factories Act, PF, ESI, IDA, CLA, Employment Laws.
  • good hands on computers
