Job Title: Campus Recruiter C2H MNC Client Vikhroli, Mumbai

Client Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid (Office & Home)
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM 8:00 PM
CTC: Up to 40000/month (including PF+Accidental insurance)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H)
Experience: 1 3 Years

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Campus Recruiter for a prestigious MNC client in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end campus hiring activities, including college engagement, scheduling, coordination, and onboarding of new talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end campus hiring for ITES/BPO roles
Liaise with colleges, training and placement officers, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Drive campus recruitment strategy and execution across various locations (virtual/in-person)
Maintain hiring reports, trackers, and documentation
Collaborate with BGC, Documentation, Onboarding, and other internal teams
Effectively communicate and promote the client's EVP (Employee Value Proposition) to fresh talent
Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Campus Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
