1. Operations & Staff Management
Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activitiesincluding guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations. Develop and manage staff rosters, assignments, and scheduling to ensure sufficient coverage and efficient room turnovers.Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff; uphold performance standards and handle disciplinary actions when necessary.Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure consistent adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces to ensure consistent adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards.Lead by example in maintaining high service levels that enhance guest satisfaction.Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to sync guest services, room readiness, and maintenance tasks.
