Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements from various departments
Create and post job descriptions on job portals, company website, and social media
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), databases, referrals, and social networks
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters
Maintain accurate records of all recruitment-related activities
Eligibility:
MBA Post Graduates with a 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Should have a laptop.
80 percentage In Class 10 and 12
