Position: (BM) ,(Sr. BM) , (SDM) , (TM) , (APC Channel)

Industry: Life Insurance / BFSI Sector

Locations: Mumbai | Pune | Nashik | Nagpur

CTC: Up to 12 LPA + Attractive Incentives + Allowances

Education Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA preferred)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 to 10 Years in Life Insurance with Team Handling Experience (APC, Agency, Direct, or Similar Channel)


Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Recruit, train & develop high-performing Life Insurance Advisors/Partners.
Achieve branch sales targets through advisor network.
Conduct regular product knowledge & sales skills training.
Generate leads, drive sales campaigns & maintain high conversion ratio.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies & IRDA regulations.
