- Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in sales, specifically in the building materials industry.
- Skills: Proficiency in laminate flooring, RMC, ACP, ALC, tiles, and business development.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in regional and area sales management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Location: Willingness to work on-site in Bharuch, Palghar, Mumbai City, or Surat.
