Job Description

You are a proactive Business Development Executive with 2-3 years of experience in the building materials, architecture, or construction industry. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with top architects to drive project conversions and business growth. Your key responsibilities include building and managing relationships with top architects and firms, identifying business opportunities to support sales, staying updated on industry trends, and representing the brand at key events. Additionally, you will collaborate internally to ensure excellent service delivery. To excel in this role, you should be a graduate (preferably in business/marketing) with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience. Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position. Your success will be measured by the relationships you build with architects, the number of project conversions and revenue generated, as well as client retention and satisfaction.,
